My chiropractor recommended these and I take 1 with each meal. I have been taking them for 2-3 years now. They help with digestion which changes in perimenopause. And have been a God send while taking GLP1 medication. Highly recommend. My partner takes them too and feels they are excellent.

I ordered this because my naturopath said I needed it, but it was out of stock at her source. I was concerned when it came, however, because instead of being pure white like the ones I get from my naturopath, they were a creamy color. When I mentioned it to her, however, she said not to worry about it. The company has told her that sometimes it just is a slightly different color, but it's still efficacious. So, now you know. :)

I hate the cost, but it's relative when you're paying for quality products to protect your health. Not sure why they ask about flavor, it's not a factor for us since we swallow them.

Great product, I have an auto immune disorder, which is treated with steroids. As soon as I start taking this product, all symptoms vanish and I feel great. Two thumbs up! Will continue taking this until the diagnosed disorder leaves the system.
