purchased a lockly model PGD6S door handle about three years ago, I had a issue with the screen it was starting to get scratched it was out of warranty but they shipped me a new one no hassle.. love the handle works great all the functions it has and purchased the remote lock receiver a couple months ago. some issues setting it up because a had no password on my Wi-Fi . Customer service was amazing every time I called. great products.

This unit has two separate pieces, the power supply (the cube) and the module (plugs into the cube via USB style connection). The unit works great and provides the bridge between the Bluetooth lock and an internet router via Wi-Fi. It was easy to set up using a free downloaded app. I had a renter steal one of these from the outlet it was plugged into. I am assuming they took for the right-angle USB power adapter since it would be of no use unless you have a smart lock to use it with. UPDATE, I added a lockable outlet cover/box over the outlet with the unit inside. This has kept renters from taking it.

The instructions seem simple but the amount of time it took me to actually set this up with the lock took too long. I had to stop one day because I got frustrated. The lock was not detecting the wifi device or vise versa. I updated firmware on the lock but no deal. I dont know how I finally for it to sync but once it was hooked up it works perfect. The lock can be opened from anywhere.

I've seen others say that it is useless if it's too far from your router or the door... I don't know, cause mine are all in the same room, and it works really well! The only thing is, I do wish it was just a little faster when connecting. But I've gotten use to it, and it's really not that bad

Absolutely worthless. It won’t connect after HOURS of resetting, re-starting, moving locations. Waste of money.

The Lockly Secure Link hub is over-priced for what it is. Although it is easy to plug into an outlet, that is the extents of easy. Pairing with the lock is not reliable. It took me several attempts - with the Secure Link just a few feet from the lock and less than ten feet from the wifi router. And then pairing the door sensor with the lock was even more difficult. Technical support was not helpful at all. I receive about 75% of the door open/close alerts. This is definitely more complicated to initialize and it is not as reliable as competing smart physical security products I have used. I like the Lockly door lock for which I needed this hub, so I'll let this sit at three stars. In today's smart technology, there is no reason to need a hub. I was very disappointed about the requirement of this simple over-priced and unreliable device.
