Cue Balls matter
If yr pool balls are used and not high quality at least upgrade yr Cue ball.You will see a big difference in English and how good a new ball rolls and stays on target. Ball oddity?
Ball is somehow off and goes to the ball return vs cue return. Otherwise it's a good ball.

We use a standard 2 1/4" size cue ball in our bar box pool league and as such have to swap out at venues with an oversized cue ball. This one fits the bill and is decent quality for the price. Bought multiple
