Magic in a jar!
This liquid dashi is a fantastic addition to asian foods and as an umami booster (along with liquid shio koji) for marinades or ither cooking needs. Its like soy sauce meets umami meets the sea.

Delicious and... want more. (Sigh!)
Update: Yay!!! It's back!!!This Dashi is delicious and reminds me of the Japanese food I had in Japan, which was wondrous! Though I normally cannot handle gluten, possibly because it is so fermented, the wheat in this doesn't seem to bother me. Of course, I would prefer it if there were a non-gluten version.I often combine it with Big Tree Coco Aminos for more sweetness for a dip for vegetables or for eating with raw or cooked salmon. The problem is that since I bought it it has become unavailable so I am worried I cannot get it again! All of the other similar products I can find on Amazon seem to contain chemicals I will not eat. I hope this returns!

This is some heaven in a bottle, right here...
This is simply beautiful, with immeasurable depth... Don't call yourself a "foodie" without trying this, whether cooking with it, or as a dipping sauce for teppanyaki, etc... It was new to me, and it just arrived; I took a small sip when I opened it... It tasted absolutely heavenly, deep & dark... One tiny sip stuck around for about 20 minutes... I cannot wait to play with this more. But as it is, this is some liquid heaven!

HAS WHEAT / HAS GLUTEN. Be careful. (That said, it's got a pretty good kick.)
As another buyer noted (but I missed it), this Tamari/Soy Sauce HAS WHEAT and presumably HAS GLUTEN in it. (It's unusual for tamari to have wheat in it.) But it tastes pretty good.

Greatest Soy Sauce!
Best tasting of all soy sauces I have tried. I watched a video about how traditional soy sauce was made and I’m glad I spent the money on that soy sauce and sorry it went so fast. We all loved it.

Not tamari. Contains wheat.
Tarmari is fermented soy, this has wheat, not tarmari. Not GF. Change what your calling it. And you can’t return. I’m celiac, this is worthless
