Must for low carb/keto diet
This has been my go to fiber supplement since 2+ years. I am on low carb/keto diet which has no fiber and causes constipation if i don’t consume enough vegetables. I never have time to cook vegetables and just add this FOS to my tea and coffee and it has protected my health since 2+ years. I have also used Inulin from the same brand

I started slow and got used to the product
I bought my first bottle of FOS in Nov 2021. I initially took very small doses such as quarter tea spoon per day. Then I slowly increased my dosage to 1 spoon per day over several weeks. Now, some days I use it instead of sugar even upto 2 spoons per day. The product suited me and so I have ordered more. It has a mild sweet taste which I find to be pleasant. Recommended buy.

Best natural fiber supplement
The product is meeting my requirements. It's not a week since i started using this and the results are awesome. It improved bowel movement, reduced sugar cravings, reduced bloating and stomach ache. In short, all in one solution. Must buy and replace your sugar with this.
