The batteries in my smartUPS were not holding a charge. Installed these and the problem went away.

Moving hardware from old battery was easy as could be.. the battery terminal holes were a perfect placement. I have had to do some modifications on other replacement batteries.Like others have said I put in some double-sided foam padding between the batteries and tape on the sideS to stabilize them. I then added a piece of tape at the bottom for a pull handle.Time will tell how long they will last. The ups was happy with the new set and was busy charging it to optimal levels.Like others have said the shipping was spot on.

I bought this (in March of 2014) to replace the battery pack in a Smart-UPS 1400. I thought I could spend about half as much for what I thought was a comparable battery pack, and I was wrong.I have a duplex color laser printer, an inkjet printer & scanner, two PCs, KVM and four pieces of network equipment plugged into the UPS. The Vision SCP12180's I received were simply awful. At first, printing to the laser would cause the UPS to scream from the moment the printer woke up, through printing, and then intermittently for some time after it went back to sleep. After about 12 months of use, printing caused the power to cycle, restarting all my equipment. Absolutely unacceptable, I bit the bullet and replaced this with the OEM battery pack (at twice the price) and restored the UPS to its original level of service. No problems (as it had been).Lesson learned. These knock-offs may satisfy the needs of your kid's Power Wheels or maybe even your cordless electric lawnmower, but if you have multiple pieces of computer equipment on a UPS and need the same level of service, save yourself the headache and just go with the OEM battery pack.

So far so good. These batteries were an exact match/fit for the original batteries. They arrived in separate boxes very nicely packaged to avoid damage from the UPS gorilla ;) they also came with new screws, washers and nuts to re-attach the factory harness connector. I did put an 'X' in duct tape on both ends to hold them together. They are working perfectly so far.

Backup power line and surge protection for computer.

Installed over a month ago with no problems. Just realize "some assembly required". I had no problem reusing my hardware and a roll of duct tape to hold them together. We will see how many years they last but that is always a question when you buy batteries.

Excellent value, but had a little trouble fitting the fuse onto the far terminals. They are closer to the edge than OEM batteries. Had to reverse the fuse and it was a tight fit.

This battery was an exact match and arrived on time. It was a simple replacement operation and the new battery has been working. With all the storms we are having here in North Florida, believe me when I say the UPS system with the new battery has been fully tested!
