Since building out our theater several years ago (complete with a popcorn machine), we have long relied on prepackaged popcorn kits for their convenience. However, we could never quite capture the true movie theater popcorn experience until we decided to take matters into our own hands.We settled on Wabash Valley Farms because it had solid Amazon reviews, and it seemed to have excellent availability for ordering and shipping - something we lacked with the prepackaged options. Finding it was a breeze, and it arrived promptly, ensuring we didn't have to wait long to embark on our popcorn-making adventure.The larger size of the container is a definite plus. Not only does it provide us with a generous amount of popping oil, but it also makes it much easier to scoop out precisely the amount we need for each batch of popcorn.The Wabash Valley Farms Coconut Popping Oil truly delivers in the flavor category. Its rich and aromatic taste adds a delectable essence to the popcorn, elevating it to a whole new level of deliciousness. This made the popcorn taste like movie theater popcorn. It gave it a pretty orange color and a rich flavor. The only thing that it was lacking was, is a pump to pump the oil. It was messy to try and pour on the popcorn.

Works well and smells good. But it doesn't add much flavor wise. I was expecting it to make my popcorn taste more like movie theater popcorn / more buttery. But it does not. In the product's defense, it is called "Real Theater popcorn oil", not butter flavored popcorn oil. It does, however, list butter flavoring as one of the ingredients.

This legit smells and is the flavor of cinema popcorn. Make sure to purchase the salt with this, it is the exact same as well. Just note, the store bought kernels are not the same. We are still searching for thr perfect pop!

We love homemade popcorn. We tried various oils, butters, ghee to replicate that buttery taste and color. This is the answer! You'll also need Flavacol (which you can buy here on Amazon as well). Those 2 things turn regular popcorn kernels into popcorn that tastes and looks like it came from a movie theater. Your kitchen will smell like a movie theater. That is it -- that's the secret!Is it healthy? No idea. Is it good for you? Don't know, don't care. I mean its popcorn -- its not like you're smoking cigars here. This is all about getting the movie theater popcorn experience. That's all that matters.
