Yummy and good texture beef jerky. Lots of flavor but eat them quickly or they will start to mold.

It’s okay, but I don’t think I would buy this again, I think I like the original with sugar better. Nothing wrong with it, I’m just spoiled with a sweeter taste.

I’m so happy to have found a beef jerky without any kind of sugar added. Now, if only they would also cut the salt in half or 3/4. Delicious, thick, dry, excellent mouth feel, umami goodness. The sodium though is quite high. If only it had less salt, it would be heaven.

Was actually pleasantly surprised at how good these are! Bought them for a trip I was taking with a friend who does Keto. Nice when you can find a "healthy" snack that isn't loaded with sugar!

This zero-sugar beef jerky is a staple for me. I've been on keto for 3 years and I love this stuff. Very low carbs, high in protein, and very tasty. Some say the texture is a bit crumbly, but I don't think so at all. My only complaint is that it is quite pricey, meaning that I have to use it more as a treat than as a daily snack. However, I definitely believe it's worth the price to keep it on hand.

UPDATE: Lowered from 2 stars to 1 when the jerky got moldy a few days after opening. Moldy jerky?! Made correctly, jerky should NEVER get moldy. Original review: What happened to the jerky I enjoyed when I was a kid? It was dry, tough, and full of flavor. Then the jerky makers realized, since we're selling this by the pound, why not pump it full of syrups and sugars so the consumer is getting less meat and more fillers? Since this is "sugar free" they instead found a way to pump it full of water. Which is crazy because the art of making good jerky is to preserve it by drying it out. Adding the water back in to weigh the meat down results in this bland, textureless and flavorless "jerky". I can't even finish the first bag, I definitely won't be buying it again.
