This was a nice lunch box overall. My only draw backs was that it didn’t keep food warm for as long as I thought it would and then container for the silverware was cracked and broken when I received so it wasn’t off much use. The whole reason for the purchase was to have a thermal lunch box and it didn’t work out.

Hard to open top. We weren't able to open the top portion with handle (just got it), so my child couldn't use today for camp.

This is adorable, even with miss written "engrish". The components are a great size for people who are trying to cut down on food portions, but the very top is hard to unscrew sometimes

Very nice looking a lot of compartments only complain is that hot food does not even stay warm for more than an hour.

It is okay. The concept is really cool, however the very top compartment is rendered useless if tightened to tight. You also end up constantly doing this all the while just trying to tighten the second compartment, so the pink part is always impossible to open.
