Well designed case!
I like it! Though it is not super easy to assemble, it is still not very hard, just follow the instructions and in the end, there will be a beautiful case in front of you. (It took me about 1-2 hours to complete)

A must read before buying this case
The media could not be loaded. First they arent kidding when they say this is one of the more difficult cases to assemble. My faceplate cracked in 2 places during assembly. The plastic is really brittle. I pointed out the cracks in my video. In order to add or remove raspberry pis, you will have to undo the 4 screws for the faceplate.1. The individual pieces aren't labeled and the instructions arent very clear. When doing step 3 and 4 as i pictured in my pictures pay super close attanetion how you line everything up. The trays have a tab that will slide into one of the sides. My picture above has 2 pi3s and 1 pi4 in it. Mount your pi to a tray and put the tray in the groove and compare your plugs to mine to ensure your putting it togther correctly or you will have to take it all back apart and redo it.Other than that this case far exceeds expectations.

Clever design.
The build was challenging, but enjoyable. The cooling is amazing. My Pis idle 15-20C lower. The only obvious improvement I see would be to include thumb screws for the front panel.

Frustrating and cheap
This is a terrible product, and I recommend you bypass it and find some other product. C4 Labs seems to sell really cheap products that require an immense amount of assembly. There are way too many pieces, none of which are assembled. The instructions are nearly useless and don't include a count of how many screws and nuts are needed. Based on the reviews I'm seeing it looks like all C4 products are like this. I cannot recommend this product. I suggest you find some other product to buy.

Not designed for human assembly. Very frustrating with disappointing results.
This took me roughly 3 hours to assemble and the end product is disappointing. I would not assemble this again and will likely be returning for a more standard pi rack at half the price. The positives:-It looks nice-I can remove individual Pi's without disassembing the rack, required in other rack designs.-fans are quiet and work wellNegatives:-Assembly requires inhuman assembly ability. There is a point where you have to essentially balance 8 bolts while attaching the piece to the rest of the assembly. Great if you have 8 hands. Incredibly frustrating for those with 2 hands.- Plastic tabs broke off during assembly.- Instructions are incredibly lacking. The need to disassemble and reassemble correctly was part of what caused plastic parts to break - plastic tabs do not unlatch, they break off instead.- Not enough space between boards for appropriate cooling. For an overdesigned rack, some basic requirements are missed.- GPIO pins have no head room. Plugged in fan wires are immediately bent at a 90 degree angle by the next board up.Basically it seems like an engineer thought it was a brilliant design but didn't consider that it has to be built by human hands or that it needs to seat raspberry pis that would function.

Was annoying to put together but is a fantastic little rasberry pi tower setup.

Great once you've got it together and if you don't need to remove pis often
Overall this case is pretty nice and does what it says on the tin. However, there are a few points of annoyance which make me knock the rating a bit--Difficult to assemble: instructions are mostly clear, but it's very awkward to hold pieces in place and screw the screws in at the same time. Other than taking the front and back panel off, you should not expect to easily disassemble and reassemble this--Can't access the SD cards without removing Pis--In order to remove one pi, you pretty much have to take down the entire cluster in order to take off the panel, very hard to remove one pi while the rest are running. In short, once it's together and if you never want or need to take pis in/out or access the SD slot, it's a great case.

Hold six Raspberry pi systems very well
The case does a great job of holding six RPi systems while leaving easy access to all ports. The black liners make the case look very nice. I found it easy to assemble with the only question on the proper direction for the fans. I looked at a completed case on their website and found the proper direction. A very good case.
