A very nice ottoman bed for the price. Assembly wasn't too bad, I built it myself in under an hour. The storage underneath is so useful. Don't confuse the metal u-shaped piece of metal at the end of the bed which is to hold the mattress in place with the strap that is included which is used to lift the bed. I read a review of someone using the mattress stopper to lift the bed then claiming when it came off in his hand the bed was broken...... no no no... the bed is lifted using a strap next to the mattress stopper. Overall I'm very happy with the bed 10/10

I needed to replace an old bed in my rental property and this bed was ideal. It took me about an hour to put it all together and it only really needed an electric screwdriver and some alenkey bits for the drill. The bed lift function works well when there is a mattress on the bed, making easy to lift and lower. The tenant seems to like the bed as I haven’t had any complaints

The bed arrived and seemed really good until I tried to attach the hydraulic arms. They are completely locked in place and I am unable to put the bed down. I had temporarily removed them but upon speaking to Amazon they won’t send replacement parts and nor will they acknowledge the product is theirs but can’t find anything to contact the seller? Only option is to completely dismantle the bed and arrange a return which is massively inconvenient. After scrolling through reviews I noticed this is a common problem! DO NOT BUY!!!

Well the bed arrived in 3 largeish boxes, one or two of them were a bit on the heavy side, so if you have somebody to help you move them you may need help to do so. The instructions are limited, and you have to follow the steps in the pictures, I followed my own steps to make it easy for me to do it which resulted in the same outcome. The bed frame is ok, the one thing I am not really happy with is the liftable metal frame work, no matter how tight to make the screws the whole framework will move pushing the framework to the bottom of the bed base frame, this is due to the mattress pushes on the headboard forcing the metal frame to the bottom of the base, and idea for the designers of the bed, use a single hole for each of the screws and not a slot, that will resolve the sliding. One other thing that worries me, I am not a heavy or large person, but the wooden slats are very thin and I worry that they may break after a while, all previous beds that I have had have always had thicker slats, like twice the thickness of these ones and going by some reviews I have read they have split, sure I am unaware how big and heavy they are, but it still something that I think about. Overall I am liking the bed so far, its lower than my last beds that I have had, so still getting used to it.

Perfect size for our small spare room and very handy storage. Fairly simple to put together with clear instructions

The bed is as it says in the description but suspensions or shock absorbers do not know the name well, they do not work. so I can not close it I have to remove them to be able to lower the bed
