FUNCTION 1NE PROBIOTIC by Frank Medrano - 30 capsules

This was my first time trying probiotics. Honestly i didn't feel the difference so i thought it really didn't work much for me. But its been 2 weeks since i ran out and i feel so much more bloated and really fatigued all the time. I couldn't figure out why i was so tired and sluggish all of a sudden. And then it dawned on me that i ran out 2 weeks ago and this is the only change i have made. So i definitely will be purchasing again! I really do feel it helps.

Very good supplement

I didn't really care for the product yogurt works better for me.

I have been taking proboitics for awhile and they definitely help my digestion since I eat a lot of protein. I also noticed I dont get sick (like little colds) so it's an ongoing part of my routine. I was pretty excited tostart this one since it is almost 2x as potent as my previous one and all natural! So far so good!

I wish there was a way to measure the effectiveness of this supplement. I'm sure though Mr. Medrano went to great length to make sure this supplement was of great quality.

This is my first probiotic, so i'm not sure how i'm supposed to feel; but my stomach feels less bloated and I feel like I have better energy. I will be buying this again!
