Work well !
These curlers are very soft and work very well. I like the way they "click shut."

These rollers will accommodate my thick hair without popping the backs off
These rollers will hold your hair, even thick hair like mine, without popping the closure pins! The old "Goodie" pink foam rollers had very strong, thick closure bars that could take the twisting and thick hair wrapped without popping the closure pins--all this and softness too! These rollers are as close to those "secure" closure rollers as I have been able to find, they just are not that comfortable to sleep on. They have a stiff inner core--not all foam like the old originals. I do like them and am very happy I found them! They do hold the hair and produce a beautiful wave when removed.
