I am always skeptical about getting stuff like this off Amazon, but these planters really came through for us! As you can see in my photos, the previous owners had silver planters (they had silver lighting and what not so it made sense) and they just didn’t match the esthetic we were trying to achieve. They have a plant shelf that is detachable and has a drain hole for those who want to use already potted plants! The bottom of the planter also has a draining hole area as well. In our case, these plants already had an insanely mature root system that took up the entire planter so we just took that shelf out and plopped them right in. Incredibly durable, very heavy duty plastic material. Color is as shown in ad and they seem to be scratch resistant as well. Very happy with this purchase.

Exactly as described and what I wanted

Great quality and style. Only reason I didn't give a 5 rating is that I wish there were two shelfs at different heights. The shelf is a little low (about 13" from the top) for standard flower pots. I made it work by putting something on the shelf that raised the pot. Otherwise, this item is great.

Very sturdy.

I was looking for a tall planter that had a modern look. The planter also came with an interior platform to save on using lots of dirt. I put plastic bottles in the bottom, put the interior platform in and then added dirt. Because the planter is not that heavy I was worried a strong wind might knock planter over. This never happened even with some very severe storms. I did make sure the planter was on not tilted and put a round 16" step stone underneath the bottom to make sure planter was on sturdy ground.

Great looks are not bothered by weather. Focus is on plants.

I love these planters, have both black and white and 2 different heights because they’re on a sloped part of the yard by the house. I bought them specifically because they have the “shelf” that can be used either as a water pan at the bottom or a shelf to hold plants in their containers so you don’t have to fill the whole planter with dirt. I’ve bought 8 so far. Just what I was looking for.
