Ingredients @import url("https://www.desercart.com/static/froala_style_v2.min.css"); Coriander, Chili, Garlic, Onion, fennel, Pepper, Salt, Curry leaf, Poppy Seed, Turmeric, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Cloves, Refined groundnut oil. How to Use @import url("https://www.desercart.com/static/froala_style_v2.min.css"); Heat 3tbsp of oil to fry mustard, 2 onions (cut length wise) until golden brown. Add 1kg of chicken with 50g of this packet contents and fry for 5 minutes or until oil separates. Add necessary water & bring it to boil, reduce the heat & cook in low flame covering the gravy with the lid until the chicken is well cooked. Add 1cup coconut milk/coconut paste, salt (if required) & cook until required consistency is reached. Tasty Chicken Gravy is ready to serve. Chicken fry can also be prepared using this spice mix.
