I have bought this to start potty training my child. This is a really good product as the child can sit and put their legs down to rest as well and because it fits almost all the toilet seats, it is really good. In general the product is made from good quality material and it has a nice feel to it. There is however a couple of concerns that I have. One the height of this step up potty trainer is a bit small. It will not fit properly on my toilet seat as the feet of this trainer are one inch above ground. It is still stable though. The other thing is that the trainer seat where the child is going to sit, is plastic and sometimes it leaves marks on the child's legs. It would be better if they has a cushioned seat. I will still recommend it to others because it is very useful.

Not the most robust feeling when it's built but never broke and worked well for the few months we needed it. Big, fat comedy sized screws hold it together and to be honest are probably designed to be easy for kids to help build, just don't lose the plastic bit that screws them in as there is nothing really that replaces it and you'll end up (badly) using butter knives to do the inevitable tightening as they loosen.Practically speaking, it's fairly large and took up a bit of room in our small bathroom but doesn't need permanent fixings or anything so can be swung around the place out of the way when necessary.Definitely fun for them to use and worked perfectly fine for our little one.

I bought this product after a debacle trying to order a similar product from another vendor so this was originally my second choice. However, it arrived promptly and in good condition and was exactly as pictured. It wasn't simple to put together (the plastic 'screw driver's that comes with it isn't exactly ergonomic) but we got there. My two and a half year-old didn't like climbing the steps (and they are a bit wobbly) but loves the version that sits on the floor. We originally had a smaller potty that sat on the floor but this one is better as it's a bit raised and so easier for her to get up and down. I'd recommend it.

Was a pain in the ass to assemble because the directions were not helpful. I did get it done but our son really didn’t like using it because it was too shaky. It’s a great idea but the plastic is thin so it’s not very stable. Wish there had been a way to secure it to the toilet so that he had felt more secure. I wound up just getting him one of the seats that sits on top and a separate little step stool.

Wow really pleased with how easy it was to put together easy to clean & can be taken apart for a deep clean no metal parts that could rust, very sturdy but anyone who is with or has children know you must always supervise any child. Really pleased as this was the first time I bought something that the box had been open but it arrived in right box well sealed and inside Amazon box sealed again bo parts missing

I recently purchased this item because my toddler is moving onto the "big toilet" from the potty and thought this would be a good way to help him in the transition: he's too small to reach the toilet in the normal way so this would have been great.It's cheap, flimsy plastic. The "screws" that hold it together are made of the same plastic, and can only be tightened using a "screwdriver" made of the same thing so it's horrible to tighten. It is very unstable when on the toilet, and after one single use the plastic "screws" in the seat came out which led to my toddler falling off the toilet.It's now in the recycling and I have to deal with my toddler who is now scared of going on the toilet so that's fun. Won't be buying again, and won't even be trying to deal with the refund or replacement, it has gone in the bin.In summary: don't risk your money or your child's safety.

I imagine this is a great product - if only my toddler would use the bloody thing! I think he finds it comfortable as he will sit on the potty for 20 minutes at a time but stand up to pee on my carpet. Other than that, it was dispatched quickly and it was super easy to build. Keep the instructions so it can be built into the other steps. Im hoping to get there at some point this year!

Product is ok but isn’t very stable. Very average and think I could have got better quality for the money. Would not buy again.
