Sound great! The packaging was excellent, and the quality of the drum heads was very good. I also like the case. It’s a birthday present for my granddaughter and I’m sure she will absolutely love it. Nice job!

I bought these for my 17yr old son who is a vocal music major, studying music theory and classical composes from all around the world. As you may know, any music lover can not be contained to one genre! He is grateful for any new instrument, but inside I know he is rather picky. Better said, he enjoys a quality instrument. The tuning set up is great for someone who studies many a variety of instruments and getting it tuned up or changing up tuning has brought him joy. Thanks for bringing another element of music into our home! And affordable to boot! Makes evenings fun with family together with the portable bongos, guitar, piano and other strings. Since we got the bongos he is looking into a used drum kit, and my youngest has used his gift savings to buy a Jr kit. He is planning on bringing them with him to NYC where he will sing with his schools touring choir choir at Carnegie Hall, so now you can say - "Carnegie Hall musicians give our bongos 5 stars!"

Still learning to play...

I was apprehensive to buy these given all the negative reviews, looked at plenty of much more expensive bongos, which I’m sure are of better quality. However I am incredibly happy I pulled the trigger on these. They seem to be of excellent quality for the money, they sound good and are perfect for beginners like me. Additionally it came with a 2 year warranty so if something does go wrong with them in the future I’m covered. I really just wanted something fun to do with my kids for a homeschooling music credit and these fit the bill perfectly.

I love banging on my bongos; I just put my headset pull some music up on Amazon Music and start banging, banging bang like I'm doing something great...but it works for me! lol. Great for beginners, like me. My dream was for a set of congos; use to love hearing them being played in the school park in the south Bronx when I was a kid. Sound so beautiful.

Really great quality. You can't go wrong

The skin of the smaller bongo looks rough and worn. I’m returning them and asking for a replacement, hoping that the next set looks new. Disappointing.
