Great customer service, issues with the device
Final Update 10/12/20The seller helped identify the problem as my keyboard and mouse both requiring USB 2.0 ports, of which there was only 1 on this device. Customer service was very helpful and communicative and eventually sent me an upgraded device. So in the end I got an even better item, but it was still a pain with all the back and forth and the general inconvenience of the semi-operative original purchase.tl;drIt seems really unstable over time. I've had to rearrange the keyboard/mouse configuration several times in the month since I got it, which defeats the purpose of the device. When it works, it's a great convenience, but I can't rely on having a stable connection to my mouse or keyboard. This was much smaller than I anticipated, which is actually perfect for what I wanted. It is easy to use and set up and switching between computers is quick and easy. I especially liked that it came with all required cords. The only issue I've had with it is that sometimes my PC loses connection with the keyboard when routed through this box. It only happens on my gaming PC--the computer connected to port 2 on the KVM never has issues--so it might be the PC, but I never had problems connecting the keyboard directly. To be fair, I haven't tried switching which PC is on which port.I've also had a problem where the keyboard just stops working, or I suddenly lose all but the letter keys (again only with the gaming PC and when running through the KVM switch) and I had to recycle power on the KVM to get it working. So, occasionally a bit buggy. If I am ever playing in a tournament, I will definitely use a direct connection to the PC, but otherwise, the convenience it adds to my setup is worth the instability.Update 9/2/2020The dropping the connection to the keyboard has gotten so bad now that it interferes with basic usage, not just gaming. I tried swapping which port the keyboard was plugged into. Normally it will drop and reconnect after a second or two, but sometimes it just totally loses the keyboard, and I have to unplug it. I've had to run the keyboard directly to the PC in order to get it to work, which defeats the purpose of the KVM switch.Update 9/4/20I contacted the seller and they got back to me quickly with a suggestion (actually a whole troubleshooting checklist) that I try plugging the keyboard into the USB 2.0 input rather than one of the two switches marked for Keyboard/Mouse input, and that seems to have totally resolved the problem. I haven't had a drop at all since doing that. So I'm upgrading my review to 5 stars for good customer service and a device that works 100% as desired. I guess my keyboard draws some power, which I wasn't aware of.9/5/20Well, now the mouse only works when plugged into a single port. It doesn't work if it is plugged into any of the 2 ports designated for the keyboard/mouse, only the USB 2.0 port, which the seller told me to use for the keyboard. So regardless of whether this NEW configuration sticks, I'm taking off 2 stars for the sheer frustration and the fact that I basically have to crawl under my desk to rearrange wires every time I use this thing, which is exactly what it was supposed to prevent.

Supports high refresh rate, but screen blacks out when switching.
Screen blacking out for 5+ seconds when switching is a very common problem for almost all KVM switches. Also, the windows and symbols move around temporarily. I decided to try this more expensive model hoping it would solve the issue, it did not. It does what it's supposed to do, just takes 5-10 seconds to actually switch. Maybe it is unfair to give 3 stars because perhaps no KVM switch can switch faster, but "edid" thing made me hopeful that it might.I will be keeping this because it supports high refresh rate monitors (i am using a 1440p 144hz monitor and I had no issues regarding the resolution/refresh rate). I expect 4k 60hz will work fine as claimed.

Gets the job done, might have Logitech compat. issues
Pros:Small footprintVery fast switchingUSB poweredDP-HDMI compatibleCons:I have Several Logitech G913 keyboards and G900 mice and I tested it with each of them, the KVM would intermittently no allow the mouse to work. It wasn’t a specific mouse problem as it did it with G900s new and old - but may have been a Logitech compatibility problemUnknowns+Notes:Has lasted 4 months with daily use

Great KVM for the price
I use this product to share a keyboard, mouse, mic, camera, and monitor between my work and home computers. It can be challenging if I unplug one and get them to resync after connecting it back. Unplugging the main monitor HDMI first and reconnecting it after all other cables seems to help. Works great if untouched. Did have on port go out but support was helpful in quickly getting it replaced.

Two in a row failed for same problem
I “upgraded” my older KVM that I had used for 3 years. I liked the features of this KVM and at first I was happy with paying more for better options. Within a short period of time (weeks) I could switch between PCs using hot key on keyboard, I could not wake up the PC, stop the screen savor or anything. I requested a replacement assuming it was just a bad KVM. A couple weeks later the replacement failed. Amazon instructed me to file for warranty through seller. This product is not a good value and does not last. (I tried powering off, using other keyboards and mouse) I suggest looking at other products.

Less than 1 year and need to replace it, did not realize these are supposed to be disposable.
Disappointed less than 1 year and I need to replace it, did not realize these are supposed to be disposable. Frustrating of having to find another KVM as I won't buy this again knowing it will need to be replaced within a year.

Works very well
Having the USB input ports on the front is not the wisest decision. Perhaps one, for the occasional memory stick, but the keyboard and mouse input should be at the back - now I have a mandatory two cables sticking out at the front.Aside from that, it works as advertised without any issues.

Plan to replace the HDMI cables.
The video, using the KVM switch, did not with the original HDMI cables. After upgrading the HDMI cables for the PCs and my new monitor, the switch works as expected. My older Logitech wireless keyboard and mouse worked right away. I chose this switch because there was a USB port for sharing a printer. I just tested it and it is working as expected.
