Purchased to go with my multigym - decent kit throughout and has expanded the range of exercises greatly.

Tricep rope is good. Nice length & sturdy. I bought this because it also came with a pair of grab handles - the straps for these aren't particularly well made though. One's actually over an inch shorter than the other one which is annoying. I'll probably end up buying a proper set of grab handles from elsewhere. So for this reason I'll give 4 stars.

They are great quality. And I still use them at least 4 times a week in my home gym.

I bought this item last year. No complaint at all. Very comfy and easy to grip.

The rope feels commercial grade, the type you'd find in a gym. The handles are much better quality than a those I got with a cheap resistance band set. I've been using these items daily for a few weeks and nothing has broke, great!

Ho aspettato piu di un mese per la spedizione ... quasi ho pensato si fossero dimenticati ! Le corde sono di ottima qualita devo dire pesanti e robuste solide dureranno parecchi di sicuro non mi lamento, le 2 maniglie pero sono piu scadenti non facile girare i polsi, fare trazioni girando il braccio e impossibile perche la maniglia non e fatta per girare e l`attacco del moschettone non gira bene. Tutto sommano utilizzabili ma il pezzo forte sono le corde, spero se le comprate che la vostra spedizione sia meglio della mia !
