I’m taking these, together with other supplements, on the advice of my specialist, to help with severe, frequent migraines. I am now almost migraine free and have been able to reduce my use of sumatriptan to around one or two a month, having previously been taking 4 or 5 a week! I cannot recommend highly enough when taken in combination with other supplements.

So far, so good. Just one problem. The pills stain your hands yellow.

Easy to swallow capsules for some although other people will struggle a bit due to their size. They're capsules so they have no taste but they're orange coloured which will stain your hands.

I need a high dose due to a chronic illness. These are ideal. I take these to combat fatigue and assist overall health. They are good value and do what I want.

Vitamin B2/riboflavin is a supplement I've taken both individually and more often as part of a vitamin B complex for years as it's brilliant for breaking down proteins, fats, and carbohydrates from your diet and supplying you with energy, so it's a good one to take if you hit the gym regularly. If you're not sure if this is right for you or not then do research properly first or consult a professional. If you're already confident about the benefits of B2 and know it's the right supplement for you then this is a fairly good value option as they'll last around two months taken at the recommended 1 a day.

So far so good. Excellent mg, no flavour, easy to swallow. Let's hope it helps with my energy as suffer from CFS/ME and need a boost 🤞

The capsules are easy to swallow and free of all bad substatnces. If you are looking for B2, definitely give this product a try.

It’s a shame they have a gelatine capsule as it’s not suitable for veggies or vegans. I’d rather pay a bit extra to avoid a gelatine capsule. You get 70 capsules and at one a day that gives you over 2 months supply. The capsules come apart easy if you prefer to add to water than swallow a capsule. There’s no product page price yet so it’s hard to judge value for money.

Leider gibt es nur noch wenige Hersteller, die verträgliche Gelatinekapseln verwenden. Für Menschen mit Erkrankungen des Dünndarms, die leider verschiedene Ergänzungen benötigen, ist es daher ein Segen. Danke.
