Walter Henegar has written a very helpful, biblical, and personal work on procrastination. The majority of the pamphlet is Walter sharing his own testimony of God graciously exposing the depths of Walter's procrastination and how it was affecting every aspect of his life. He winsomely articulates the perils of sin that come along side procrastination and it 's crippling effect in his walk with God. He doesn't leave us there, he goes on to share how God provided practical ways by which he may gain victory over his sinful tendencies towards procrastination. If you want to learn how the gospel and God's grace apply to your struggle with procrastination, laziness, and irresponsibility then I highly commend this short yet practical and biblical read to you. Great information and an easy read.
I have been collecting the entire series and found it straight to the point. It is easy to use even for group discussion. Resources for Changing Lives have great topics. I recieved so much from "Procrastination" until I am doing reviews that I have put off doing for a couple of years :)

Same pamphlet I needed
Got this to replace a pamphlet I was lent. I mindlessly marked it up and realized “it’s not mine”. This was the same thing so I was able to return it to the lender.

Don't Wait!
Don’t judge a book by it’s cover–and also it’s size. This little booklet is useful for biblical counseling as a booklet for the counselee to go through and underline/highlight. It is practical, addresses the heart of the issue and is Gospel based and Gospel driven–all major plus as to why one should have this book handy. I just used it with someone in my church and realized that I can definitely use this booklet with others as well. As with all good counseling resources, it’s not only useful for others–it was also convicting for me as the Pastor reading this. Walter Henegar’s booklet has challenged me to think about procrastination biblically–typically I think of it as being lazy or something I’m not doing. The author notes that it’s not just an issue of something absent, but also what is it that is present and a substitute of what one ought to be doing. The booklet is also able to give gospel hope for why believers can change. Highly Recommended.

short and sweet
In this rather small book(let) (only 18 pgs) you can find short, concise, essential definitions on why we procrastinate, and what procrastination really is (while my favourite answer is: "if I am not doing what God has called me to do, I am doing someone else's work"). It doesn't go round and round with definitions, it goes right to the heart of the matter (since, there is not much room to elaborate). I have rated it with only three stars though, because, there is not really an unique answer there how to beat that problem. The answer is givem through Bible quotations, and a true and active Christian can find his/hers way out of this problem, but for people who are not that familiar with Bible, or in any way deeply rooted in christianity, it is not that strong motivator. And to beat procrastination, especially the hard one, you need fire.
