I have used Respironics masks for 7+ years. They have always worked great. As the technology has improved, so had the performance. The Gel mask is by far the best mask ever. So why only 4 stars? This mask replaced one I used for several years. However, after 2 months of use, it developed a crack/slit/tear. Of course, the return window has expired, so I'll have to buy a new replacement at $5 more than my previous purchase! Hardly fair. If this happens again, I will lower my rating much further.

This is exactly what my husband needed for his CPAP. Costs way less here than at our local medical supply store. He’s pleased and sleeping safely at night. Very pleased with the mask and the price point.

I love the product. When I purchased the item I was told it was not refundable. I have never used because I should have ordered the large. I am stuck with this item and can not ever use it. Would love to return for the large. I think having the gel would be perfect to keep me from getting burns
