Upwords The 3-Dimensional Word Game That Really Stacks Up! 2002 Edition

We couldn't wait to open and play this game. UpWords makes Scrabble tame. All (reading) ages can play and we have friendly, energetic discussions on the possibility that something might or might not be a word.

Love love love this game... Would've given 5 stars except for the fact that everyone charges waaayyy too much for this game! It's not like it's made of wood or includes electronic devices or something! Yes it is addictive & the sellers know we will pay any price to have it!OH WE'LL! Great game & so much easier to keep score than scrabble!

Upwords is a great game & we love it so much that we've worn out the tiles. Each game you play is different. Unfortunately, I bought a new game from IFUNSALES & it turned out to be a cheap rip-off, which I'm sure must be illegal. The Hasbro/Parker Bros. names were removed from the box, the gameboard is an unusable & flimsy mold of the original, the instruction sheet is just a copy of the real thing, etc. The box displays odd words which are the result of poor translation into English. I can highly recommend buying & playing Upwords, but don't buy it from this vendor.

Tiles are too small. Hard to stack and keep stacked. Should be the same size as the 66 piece game. We are very disappointed.My wife is 79 and I am 81 and we love the game except for the size of the tiles.

Hey, why had we never heard of this game? It's replaced Scrabble for us. We play it almost every day. Game play is a bit over an hour. We'd had to start using a timer with Scrabble to keep turns to a reasonable length so we could finish Scrabble within 2 hours. Upwards is quicker and just as challenging.

The game is not as big as I was hoping, paid way too much. thought about sending it back. We love Scrabble don't know if I like this one. wish they would have super-sized it and all the letters game board is small. We bought it as an adult game night while the young adults were visiting family. yes we are boring adults. sit home and save money night.

I love this game. When I ordered a second one to keep in my camper, I was unpleasantly surprised with the size of the game. It was almost a miniature version of the one I had. There was no idication that the game baord and tiles would be so small. I'm sorry that I got it.

We were looking for a second game of Up Words for our second home and were surprised that the original game has been discontinued and that a new game costs $50. This used game is in excellent condition and for $14 it is a steal!
