Easiest Screen Protector Ever
First off, WATCH THE VIDEO ON THEIR WEBSITE. If you do that, then there is no reason why you will end up with a single fingerprint, speck of dust, hair, wrinkle, or anything else underneath this screen protector.I have never been able to apply a screen protector properly in my entire life until using this product. I was a little nervous about it when I received the product and saw how intensive the application process seemed to be. So, I thoroughly cleaned my kitchen table, staged the area, watched the application video a few times, and prepped my tablet. A minute or two later, the screen protector was on -- but it was an awful, wet mess. I slid it towards the center, smoothed it out with the included tool, and let it sit for a few hours. I was very discouraged by what I saw, and thought about taking it off. Not only were air bubbles trapped underneath the screen, but I could see the adhesive caked on underneath the protective film! Not wanting to mess with it anymore than I had to, I decided to let it sit. Day by day, the adhesive dissipated. After three days, all the air bubbles disappeared, along with any marks left by the dried adhesive.I was left with a high quality, crystal clear, custom-fit screen protector. Additionally, this screen protector has a very unique, satisfying feel to it that I can't quite describe. Plus, any small nicks I've made in the film with my nails or stylus have disappeared within a few hours. It appears it actually does have some self-healing capabilities. So, if you are a bit OCD about screen protectors, and need a cheap and high quality screen protector which is absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to mess up putting on, then I would purchase this product. I will definitely be checking for ArmorSuit screen protectors for any touch screen devices I may buy in the future.

Patience called for - but the results are worth the trouble!
This review is for the ArmorSuit MilitaryShield, which I mounted on a Dell Venue 8 Pro.The package comes with the shield, a liquid used to ease the installation, a micro fiber cloth, a plastic/rubber squeegee used to remove air bubbles, and an instruction sheet.I followed the instructions and had no problems in fitting the shield to the tablet; the shield fits only one way so it is difficult to get it on the wrong way. (One side has adhesive, the other does not).I had issues getting the air bubbles completely out - more from my being fumble fingered, I think, than anything faulty with the product or the installation. I have applied smaller shields to other devices (such as view screens on cameras) but this shield is, of course, larger and so there are more opportunities for allowing air to be trapped. After a few days, however, nearly all of the air bubbles have dissipated by themselves and the few remaining have dwindled in size and are obviously on their way to escaping. The shield itself has a nice, cushiony feel to it and tapping the screen with a stylus results in diminished noise over the noise created tapping on a bare screen.I use the Dell stylus (version 2) and the shield does not interfere with using the stylus in any way.http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00G0UARLQ/ref=cfb_at_prodpgThe main reason I installed the shield was not for protection from the stylus, but rather from the keyboard. I (frequently) use the tablet in a case that offers a Bluetooth keyboard and when the case is folded closed the keyboard comes in direct contact with the tablet.http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00JM17LNW/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1The ArmorSuit shield helps protect the screen from any rubs that the opening and closing of the case (and keyboard) might happen.Patience is recommended when installing the shield, and if you experience trapped air bubbles give it a day or three and see if they disappear on their own before attempting a reinstall of the shield.

Good But Not Without Drawbacks
I love the whole installation process for this thing. It really is pretty idiot proof and pretty forgiving, if you don't get it right the first time. I was even able to take it back off, when I saw that I had let a small fleck of something or other get in under it, pull the debirs out and lay it back down. I can also see that it will protect the screen for a long time to come, so even though you only get the one for that price, I think it's an excellent value. Here are my gripes - The box didn't do enough to protect products inside. The screen protector was a little creased but that made it's way out on install but I put it under a book on the table overnight before installing it, to be sure. And the squeegee was bent pretty badly, making it not nearly as useful as it should be.I do wonder if they are a little too focused on protecting your screen and not on using it. It seemed a little thick from the word go and my screen is not as responsive with it on as it was before. It makes the stylus not very useful and I have big fingers so that's not good. I did notice that it got better on all counts, over time. I can say, don't judge it until you have used it for a few days.I have been using screen protectors for more than ten years, going way back to Palm Pilot. There are always drawbacks, In total, I would give this a solid rating for protecting, and ease of application and slightly below average on touch sens.
