used these for the first time.
Heel pain reduced after wearing. turn sticky after washing. Feel like jelly under the heels. not comfortable with shoes and socks.

this is 2nd day of usage ( that too partial use for few hours), silicone is already ripped as shown in pic. I will be returning this product. Concept is good but need improvements.
