Is this usable as a screw driver?

There was a query if this knife can be used as a screw driver.. it is impossible to use as a screw driver. You could seriously damage the very sharp tip and maybe even scratch up the item that you bring this sharp blade into contact with.

Is this the cpm 20cv steel or cts 204p - and does zt honor their warranty if it is shipped and sold by amazon?

The current models are CPM 20CV. This is also a USA made super steel, and has nearly identical composition to CTS 204P.

Is this an assisted opening knife or just a smooth flipper? The ZT video clip says it's a "KVT Assisted Opening" with flipper.

There is NO spring assist. It's just the smoothest flipper action one can own. Love the ZT062CF. It's my best EDC knife. You will NOT be disappointed. Buy it.

If the disciption says it has cpm20cv why is everyone saying it has cpm204p?

That may depend upon when the knife was produced. ZT does switch steels on occasion. In 2015 the blade was M390. In 2016 is was CTS-204P and that's the one I have in stock for sale. However, on the ZT website they do list the new steel "flavor of the year" as CPM-20CV. You would only notice a difference in actual controlled cutting testing, otherwise, these are all high performance blade steels.
