Over the course of my 41 years, supplements are the only thing that ever really helped calm or balance my body and emotions at various times in my cycle and life. I feel like I have signs of estrogen dominance, and this product seems to support my body to get rid of excess. Biggest noticeable symptom reduction is this product completely eliminated breast tenderness for me.I feel the capsules are average size and easy to swallow. I only take 2-3 a day to stretch them a bit further, but serving size is 4.

After reading doctor brightens book I decided to get off of the pill. I did not buy these supplements for a year and my skin on my face became wild! Very bumpy and just entirely confused and cystic type of acne arising in some spots towards the end (before I bought this). Then I decided to try BC again.. for two weeks. This product was recommended to me by my nutritionist. I have struggled with PCOS and would rarely have a menstrual cycle 1-2x each year.
