Good tire for an older Performance car.
85 XJS. I have never been happy with Perrelli tires on this car. Wore out the Cooper Cobra tires that were very good tires for this car. Decided to try these Ironman tires. I am pleasently surprised. I have not driven them hard (as this car can) yet, but I feel comfortable with their track abilities. And most importantly, they are round! Usually tired in this price range (even so for name brands) are out of round, these tires are not out of round. Next spring/summer will drive in the rain to see how well they stop and also hold the road.
