These are a bit costly, but that's because they are imported from the UK. But they are great for helping your scratchy throat. Pleasant taste, just melt them in your mouth and let them coat your throat. They sort of help with coughs too, they don't say they do, but I have had a cough for three months now, and I use these to help me when I go to bed at night to help quell the cough and get some sleep.

I learned about Strepsils when I lived in England about 20 years ago and buy them ever since. They are my go to lozenges for any sore throat. We can't buy them here in the states however I get them here on AMAZON. My thing.

These lozenges work wonders for a sore throat. They don't taste bad and they provide a slight numbing effect on a painful throat. If taken at the very first sign of a sore throat they will definitely lessen the duration of the pain. These are my go to during cold and flu season.

This was the only thing that would stop the horrible cough that followed a serious respiratory ailment. I first had Strepsils in France, recommended by a pharmacist there. I was delighted to find the same thing on Amazon when I checked.

When taking any kind of medication even over-the-counter we really have to be careful. This product has labeling and instructions in Turkish. Not comfortable with a product. that is not FDA approved. Will throw out. Waste of money.

These are a must because they actually help your sore throat, not just numb it for a small amount of time. I moved to France and we use these instead of the standard American numbing losenges (might as well be candy because they do nothing), and with these my throat actually feels better. They taste amazing too!
