Back Wheel: Trigger Point, Yoga Wheel, Foam Roller, Deep Tissue, Back Massager, for Mobility and Back Pain Relief

I wanted to wait a few days to give this my full fair n balanced review. I am overweight, out of shape, and I have cervical and lumbar back issues. I wanted to try this to stretch with and see if it would release the tightened muscles for my pain. I will say, I did it at first on hard wood flooring, by myself .. haha... I was good until I tried to roll too far on my first go round. I ended up shifting too far to one side and the wheel flipped into its side and I fell hard onto it on my back (OUCH). lesson learned, I had my spouse stand guard above me and I rolled it onto a carpeted surface for my next attempts and that went wayyyy better!! lol 😆 I should've known better... it did warn me to go easy on the instruction card... I'm a all or nothing type, so I gambled there. But after that mishap initially, this thing really does stretch you! it left little bruises on my back too, but I'm a deep tissue kinda gal and this was right for me. consequently, my back pain is much lessened. I'm still working with it at least daily for the past 4. I'm glad I purchased it, and find it is a great buy. just be careful of positioning!!

worked as advertised and greatly helped my girlfriends back....untill It didn't she only weighs 120lbs and it managed to break so enjoy it while it lasts cause it will break and you will be back to square one. Edit I'm changing my review from a one-star to a four-star because the wheel as it may have broke after a year the seller was more than happy to be quick and contact me back and send me a replacement without any hassle or anything I am 100% happy with this product and 110% happy with the customer service this company provides

I absolutely love this. To me it's even better than a deep tissue massage. But if your muscles are really tense, and you go hard with this wheel, you will bruise yourself. No regret though. The product is pretty sturdy and heavy, but the part where the foam is glued together seems rough. ———————- Update I now have had this for a month and I use it on a daily basis. It has absolutely relaxed my back that I feel easier to move around. And you can get creative with it. 1, put it agains the couch and use the edges to reach the deeper parts of your back 2, lean over your couch or an ottoman and use this to massage your quads The thing is sometimes when you reach new territory that has never been touched before, it may hurt at first. You’ll feel very sore or even hurtful. But you don’t have to stop using it. After a day or two all of a sudden you’re cured. Amazing.

I really enjoyed this wheel while it was was working. I am 6.1 FT 195LBS, athletic build, and had a L5-S1 Disk Herniation, and this has been helping me keep my spine aligned and pop any the upper back from knots. However last night I was doing the usual once a day roll the same way I always do cracking the upper back and this thing just snapped on me, could have caused some serious injury if I didn't catch myself in time, but even so it was a painful snap. For the money I spent on this wheel I expected it to function for the rest of my life. Looks like my product should still be under the 1 year warranty, please provide a replacement ASAP. Thank you! I have had this just over three months and I have used it almost every day, multiples times a day. I was in a car accident two decades ago and have a herniated disk and soft tissue damage which still causes me pain to this day. This device has been a miracle for the last three months. It has helped loosen the tense muscles between my shoulder blades. Additionally, it has helped my circulation. I was getting a head rush when I first began using it, but that passed after about a week and now I feel that my circulation is better. I cannot say enough good things for what this device has done for my chronic pain. Sadly, I just used this particular device for the last time. I was doing my normal routine and it crack in 2 places and practically collapsed while I was on it. Ironically I am just outside the return policy. I am definitely getting a similar device again. I just don't know if it will be this particular brand. I am 6'3" and about 200lbs. I believe I am far under the weight the description claims to support. However, it snapped and now I need to find a replacement.

First, this wheel is awesome, i was a little reluctant at first, but gave it a try. and it worked fantastic, like having a chiropractic adjustment every time. In fact, i have tried other wheels and this one is just better. The outside has the perfect firmness, not hard like plastic, and not soft like a pillow. Its soft, but firm so when you roll on it, it feels like someone is massaging not like you are rolling on a bowling ball. Here is where i had an issue: i had problem where the first one i received cracked. Fortunately, i was in the return window of amazon so i was able to return it. I figured that was the end of the story. About a week later, the company contacted me and asked about what happened. They truly wanted to make their product better. They ended up voluntarily sending me a new one for no charge. This was something they did not need to do, i had already returned the other one and got my refund. They just chose to do the right thing on their own, without even asking or expecting. As far as I'm concerned, this makes them a great company to deal with. They believe, like i do, to make things right even when you have to take a hit on it. Would not hesitate to buy again, Amazon needs more sellers like this.

best spino-cylinder alternative that I've found yet. there's an old Simpsons episode where Homer accidentally invents a spino-cylinder to help other Springfieldians back aches. This one could be that great if it were a few inches wider in both diameter and "height" (cylindrical height). Would also be better if the edges were tapered a bit or more than a bit. With the size as it is and not wider (in diamter), it cracks the lowerish part (like bottom 1/4th to 1/2) better than any other device that I have. Sometimes I also get good cracks the bottomest 1/4th, but the top half on the wheel in my experience is pretty inferior to a standard foam roller. Would buy again. EDIT: Broke after about 18 months of sporadic use. Breakage looks like other persons issues. I weigh 175 for reference. I'm downgrading from 4 stars to 1 star. Will not be buying this again lol

This has been an amazing addition to our morning and evening regimen. After only a few days there was a noticeable change in the mobility of my neck and core in general. I have chronic neck pain due to an accident where I sustained cervical fractures. They are now stable but isometric stretches and rolling on lacrosse balls on the wall or ground still calls for muscle involvement. This is a completely passive stretch and gravity does the work. The material feels great on my spine, massage-like. Made very well, solid design. My boyfriend suffers from lower back pain and gets a great stretch on it as well. The only caution I would give like anything new is to take it slow and build up to it, especially those with injuries!
