Gentle but Effective – Great for Implants and Crowns
I’ve been using the Oral-B Pulsar 3D White Advanced Vivid Soft Toothbrush for a while now, and it works really well for me. I have a mix of natural teeth, crowns, and an implant, and this brush is gentle enough not to cause irritation, but still does a great job cleaning. The soft bristles combined with the battery-powered vibrations help lift plaque and make my mouth feel fresh after every use. I especially like that it’s not too bulky, and the twin pack is a great value. If you have dental work like I do and need something that’s both effective and gentle, this is definitely worth trying. I'm a repeat user of these!

Great to have on hand
Perfect for guests and when in a pinch. Durable, came in a 2- pack. Arrived a head of schedule and honestly I needed to add something to my cart so this was the perfect practical addition at the right price point.

Good quality and quiet
I prefer this over a more expensive electric toothbrush because it is quieter. My husband’s toothbrush is so loud I can’t stand it. This feels good on my teeth and is not too noisy. The battery is not rechargeable but it lasts a long time.

Amazing! Can't be w/o are Oral B Pulsar Toothbrushes.
First off I rarely give anything 5* on here. I love these toothbrushes! We've used this brand for years. Used to be able to buy at Costco & Sam's but now they push the costly sonic ones. (Don't fall for those.) These are hands down the better. Anyone questioning if there worth the extra cost, of a regular toothbrush don't. They are totally worth it. I think there even better then the $ sonic ones. My teeth feel like they've cleaned, polished & flossed in one step. The tapered head I love, I have smaller mouth & these reach all the way back. The silicone grips on the end really help when the brushing, especially if the end gets wet. (We've also tried the "round headed" oscillating battery toothbrush...not so much. Those are mediocre, but I'm my opinion these are sooo much better.) We've also tried the "wally world" version those are good in a bind but this style/brand are it for us. So I buy extra so we're never without. Buy & try you'll see a difference. I've noticed it mostly on my inside area of my teeth after brushing the most, from the first time using it. Yes we've had the occasional "dud" batteries but vary rarely. We replace regularly usually long before the battery dies. If the battery is a did we just added a new battery. (You have screw & unscrew battery if that happens to turn off & on. But it rarely happens.) (To be honest I haven't opened this exact purchase yet. But I buy these regularly. I'll update if we have issues.)

Just normal, nothing special
While these toothbrushes technically get the job done and leave my teeth feeling clean, the "Soft" label is quite misleading; the bristles and vibrating head feel far too hard and abrasive on my gums. My main issue, however, is the poor design of the battery compartment—although the power eventually fades, the rear end is not user-friendly at all and seems intentionally designed to be non-replaceable. In my attempt to swap the battery, it became clear that forcing the compartment open would likely damage the casing, making it feel like a forced disposable product rather than a durable tool. It’s frustrating to have a functional brush head attached to a "dead" handle, and between the uncomfortable stiffness and the wasteful design, I wouldn't purchase these again.
