No cable for external lock opening.
Received the Cabinet lock,The lock looks cool and works perfect.Now the issue here is that the company doesn’t provide emergency external lock opening cable, which is very annoying. When the company is charging good amount for the lock then why not the cable is included in the package. Now i have to go hunting for the cable in the market and check which one suits best. Now in checking if something goes wrong then Who will be responsible for the damage. So i request the company to include the cable for emergency external lock opening as all other companies include it in the package.

Money well spent
Product with detailed instructions available on YouTube....good quality product and I have been using it for 6 months ....its placed on a wooden cupboard (light weight shutter) for elders who forget and loose keys...it is so easy to programme too..I had a issue at installation and forgot to place the battery ....i tried to force the lock but its very sturdy ...fortunately the support number provided was very helpful and i bought the emergency cable and was saved.... these devices are the future of standard key locks...i am very satisfied with the quality, utility and price...value for my money

Great product with a fatal flaw.
Great product otherwise but let down by one fatal flaw. It doesn’t react for the first 3-4 tries every time. When it does, it does it’s job well.

Good but best
Plastic body makes this lock look weak and cheap. Expected a solid metal body lock. also emergency power cable port is not micro usb, so need to finding a matching cable requires some extra effort

Doesn’t last long.
After unlocking with the finger print, it does not lock again. It stays open permanently.

Very happy with the purchase. Easy to fix. Finger print recognition is bit tricky.

Not working. Got it installed but lock is not working. Company helpline unable to give solution
