I loved how entertaining and innovative the reasons were in "I Didn't Do My Homework," I loved the illustrations (which sponsored a lively conversation on each page), and I loved the ending! I knew it was a winner when I asked my granddaughter if I could keep the book at my home instead of her taking it back to her place and she refused!!! I recommend this book without reservation.

I knew this one looked like it'd be a hit
When I was browsing for books on Amazon, I knew this one looked like it'd be a hit. My students went absolutely bananas for it! It's such a fun read-aloud, and they were roaring with laughter at each page/excuse. The end is so fun- I won't spoil it, but trust that it's funny! I had them make up their own funny excuse for not doing homework, and the winner received a 'no homework pass' for one night. :)

Such a fun book
I had my 5th grade students read this and then come up with one silly excuse for missing homework. It becomes the only homework pass I give them. They loved it!

Our thinking was that our 10 year old granddaughter would have fun reading this book. She did't seem as interested as we hoped. It is probably not the fault of the book.

Grande! Cinque stelle al testo, cinque stelle alle illustrazioni e cinque stelle alla fusione. È vero che non è una storia, ma piuttosto una sequenza... la battuta del finale però lega tutto. Bello cercare i particolari nelle illustrazioni

Ein Buch das Kinder absolut lieben - meine Klasse wurde dadurch angeregt von sich aus ein eigenes Buch mit Ausreden für nicht gemachte Hausübungen zu machen!

Excellent children's book. As a teacher of English as a second language in France, I use it to teach the past tense (and give my pupils a good laugh at the same time)

Un álbum ilustrado muy bonito, significativo y gracioso, lo único que si lo quieres como libro de lectura en inglés, solamente tiene una frase cada dos hojas por lo que lo leen en un momento. Las ilustraciones tienen muchas cosas para poder trabajarlas en inglés.

Professeur d'anglais, j'ai acheté ce livre pour l'étudier en classe avec mes élèves, et l'histoire leur a beaucoup plu! chaque page correspond à une excuse, c'est donc facile de "découper" cela pour faire travailler les enfants sur telle ou telle excuse. Je recommande!
