Is this for fine hair?

I have what I would consider fine but not baby fine hair and I love this product. It really makes my hair feel super soft and manageable. My hair is super straight and hard to style so when I put just a dab of this in and put my hair in a bun for 30 mins + or - I get a nice wave that stays all day without having to use hair spray or other products. That being said I don't use a lot of styling products as I don't like my hair sticky.

Is the item leave in ?

Yes, either put on damp hair or after blow drying/ironing, put into your hair just like a lotion and it will be softer.

How is this for curly fine hair?

Hi..I have very fine straight hair, but my hairdresser introduced me to this product to soften hair and manage frizz. Can't tell you specifically what will happen on curly hair but I believe it would soften the curls. Really nice product.

Does this product offer any heat protection or should I use a separate heat protecting spray as well?

Does help defend against hot blow dry; keeps hair softer with less frizz.
