Great for a filling and healthy breakfast !

This is the first brand I tried for whole oats. Before this had only tried Quaker's and Saffola's quick cooking/instant rolled oats.Definitely, the quality is good but they should still make it more affordable and cost effective for the consumer.The whole oat groats take much longer to cook in comparison, so you have to plan/act in advance; but are definitely worth the wait and make a fuller meal. Taste good with a slight chewiness, if you like that.....Overall good product, reducing/improving upon the price aspect would make it better.

Whole oats when cooked is a better option for breakfast

Previously I used to buy steel cut oats from this same brand. Now a days they are not of chewy texture anymore. So I shifted to groats. I have to soak them overnight and cook them. For those who like chewy texture it is perfect. And the fibre that comes along with grain is great.

Good and healthy first of all. But need to soak it in water during night and then cook in pressure cooker (3) - so definitely preparation and time required. Taste is great! Can have and sweet and with cheese/curry/egg, etc.

Those who are looking for good oats should avoid this one. I am not saying its bad but beleive me for chewing this stuff u defnitely to pump up yiur jaw muscles, There is no flavour in it Better go with same brand but not Whole Oat Groats , Go for True Elements Gluten Free Steel Cut Oats

I used it for South Indian Dishes like Idly and Dosai with fermented batter soaking Grouts for a longer time 12 hours. I got very soft fluffy and healthy idlies with superb taste.

Who's the brains behind this product? Please get some reality check.This is unbearable for gluten intolerant folks. Run away from this. Irresponsible product.
