No choice between style and function: THIS chair has BOTH!
PRO: Comfortable! Actually, very comfortable. Better than my desk chair back in my company office and my other home office chair.PRO: Adjustable! Love the adjustable recline depth and lumbar support. I'm 6' tall and the lumbar lines up perfectly at the highest setting (goes up and down) and for the first time I can say a lumbar support is actually helping my posture!PRO: Assembled in 10 minutes. It came in 6 pieces - base, seat, back, 2 armrests and height mechanism - with 6 bolts and practically assembled itself. The wheels were even pre attached to the base!PRO: STYLE. It looks GOOD, not your normal corporate-drone black style that I def didn't want in my living room. The white, gray and blue looks excellent.CON: Seat tilt doesn't lock in place. There's a lever to lift the back of the seat so it tilts you forward, but it just goes back down under my weight (240lbs). Not a problem for me at all though, at 6' I don't need any extra height.CON: Armrests don't come up quite as high as I'd like, but again I'm very tall so probably not a concern for most people.

Great chair
This is a very comfortable chair for a short person. I've always had to put a pillow behind my back in every chair I've had, but this one is comfortable as-is. It's adjustable enough for me. I'm 5'2". I find myself having much less back pain after long sessions in the chair. It was pretty easy to put together, though I did need my husband's help to hold the pieces and required some work to figure out exactly how it worked, but once we did it came together well. Only took about 15 minutes. I recommend it highly.

Overall good quality, but not suitable for tall people
Product quality is good; all the typical adjustments are available and are robust. Only problem is that the seat depth may be too short for tall people (I'm 6'3''). The tallest height of the lumbar support is also a little short.

Best chair I've ever owned.
I'm so glad I purchased this beautiful chair. My previous desk chair was expensive enough that I thought it would hold up, but it didn't. This chair is very adjustable to your specific needs. Seat forward, back, back stable, loose enough to recline easily, heighth, even the arm rests are adjustable. The lumbar support is adjustable and very nice indeed.I can sit in it all day without pain and suffering, which is rather nice.I did add a set of roller blade casters for better mobility although the ones that came with the chair are absolutely gorgeous. We're saving them for my wife's chair. as she doesn't use it as much as I. The traditional rollers that came with my old chair scratched my vinyl floor and wrecked havoc with my oxygen tubing. The roller blades have solved that nicely.

Great value for money. Holds up well. Highly ergonomic
I spent a month looking for the right chair. When this finally came, I knew I made the right choice. It’s more comfortable than many Hermann Miller chairs I’ve used at the office, and immediately fixed my back problems developed while sitting on dining room chairs to work.By far the best value for money in the task chair department that I’ve seen. Of course I’d love the higher end Steelcase version, but for a home office this does the same thing just as well. I can’t speak to longevity, but in 6 months its held up extremely well and is just as supportive as the day I got it. The only downside is the lumbar support tends to shift on its own, so it’s less supportive right there than I might prefer.

Lumbar support is painful, tilt won't lock fully upright
I'm 6'1" and 225 lbs.I can tell this chair is well made, and it looks great overall, but there are big drawbacks:(1) Lumbar support is a hard plastic rock against the mesh and can't be adjusted far away enough from the mesh to be clear of my back and allow the mesh to support me instead, so I feel the hard rock on my lower back every time I sit down. If the support were more curved like other plastic lumbar supports I've seen, or had some give, it might be better, but the hard bar shape doesn't work for me. If I could adjust it higher, it might meet the height of the small of my back and be out of my way, or at a height that is actually useful. If the support could be removed, I would be thrilled. I'm considering sawing it off.(2) The backward tilt of the chair when locked in the most upright position is disappointing. Locked fully upright, I want my swivel chair to function more like a straight-backed kitchen chair, but this tilts back 15-20 deg by default. Bummer.(3) The headrest holes are very visible on the back of the chair, if there is no headrest attached, and they take away from the aesthetic. Most of the product photos avoid that angle.

Great chair! Solid construction....no sagging after months!
Though there was an early issue with shipping, the company went above and beyond to solve it and get the chair to me expedited at no additional cost. I use it in my office where I do mainly photo and video editing work. It's very cool and comfortable, was easy to assemble and has held up really well in the months I've had it since writing this review...no sagging at all of the mesh material! I bought the headrest and it also very nice and highly recommended. Thank you!

Don’t buy: Designed w/ plastic blocking screws. Can’t connect chair pieces with provided tools.
Not worth the price at all!! Unable to screw on the top of the chair to the seat. There is a thick piece of plastic, designed on the chair, that blocks the screw holes. One should be able to assemble the chair with tools provided. Absolutely ridiculous, now who wants to pack up a chair in this huge box and return it? What a hassle, but still getting returned. They really have the nerve to charge this much? I do not recommend at all.
