Exactly as I remember!
Some extracts are hard to find at the grocers. You can always find vanilla, but other flavors may be more of a challenge. This extract is exactly as I remember from Mom's kitchen. It's bold and flavorful. Make those pizelles! Make those biscotti! This is the anise you are looking for! This is a high quality extract. The lid fits and tightens well; it does not leak. I think is a very good value. McCormick advertises that you are getting twice as much as before, but how silly is that? You are getting 2 ounces instead of one? Big whoop. Still, I recommend!

Great taste, but not very strong
This extract is what it's supposed to be, but I bought it to make anise flavored Pizelle cookies and then found out anise OIL is needed to give them as much flavor as they need.
