Helichrysum (also know as Immortelle) is a powerfully soothing and cooling essential oil and the hydrosol follows suit. Helichrysum hydrosol like all hydrosols is gentler in action than the essential oil. It's a great choice for skin that is hot or irritated. It has an earthy, sweet scent that most would not describe as "pretty" but it is not unpleasant. People enjoy the results so much that they quickly get used to the scent. Recommended as a toner for all skin types but particularly suited for sensitive and problem skin. Helichrysum is reputed to aid people in dealing with issues from the past and provide support during periods of growth and change.
