Didn't work for my umbrella table- returned
I really had high hopes for this. Many of the reviews were great so I'm sure it works for some people, but the cone does not work for my umbrella table in any shape or form. The product description says, "The Umbrella Wedge works with any table and umbrella combination." Not accurate. The cone isn't tapered enough and won't go past the first wrung. Forcing doesn't help either, trust me. It's a pretty solid rubber material. So the cone just rests on top of the umbrella hole and the umbrella continues to tilt to the side. I'm disappointed because I figured it would do the trick. Also, I was surprised that it was so expensive too. $14.99 is a bit steep for a piece of rubber. I will continue my quest for something that works.Tip- I just bought a new patio umbrella and it came with a strip of sitick-on Velcro (the fuzzy side only, approx 1" wide). For the life of me I couldn't figure out why they sent it until I read the directions. It said to place the umbrella in the hole of the table and draw a line on the umbrella pole at the top of the table hole. Take the umbrella out and wrap the sticky Velcro around the pole, just below the line. Worked like magic and you can't even see the Velcro. There's no wobble or swaying at all! Go out and buy a strip of Velcro and it will work!

Material feels great, sturdy
Material feels great, sturdy, the hole height on my metal mesh table is 5/8" (see pictures) cone tends to pop out , will problably will work better on a glass table or thinner metal table hole height I'm thinkin about crazy gluening so it won't pop out, other then that i strongly recommend it!. FYI the diameter on my umbrella is about 1 1/4 diameter.

Solved The Swaying Patio Umbrella Issue!
We have Kettler brand resin patio furniture and the tabletop is about 3/4 Inches thick and patio umbrella hole umbrella is 2 inches in diameter. Our new patio umbrella's pole is only 1.5 inches in diameter. No matter what we did the umbrella rocked back and forth. I tried several other fillers but they were not made for a table with a thick tabletop. The Patio Umbrella Cone solved the problem magnificently! Using a rubber mallet, we pounded the cone into the hole to where it fit tightly and then inserted the umbrella pole. What a difference. The pole is snug, doesn't wobble, and the movement isn't distracting while seated around the table. The cone is a well constructed rubbery material, flexible, and because of its shape, works on different size holes and table thicknesses. Our umbrella no longer sways in the breeze! If I have any small, small complaint...wish it came in white rather than just black or brown. Great product overall though and would definitely purchase again if needed!

Cone Works For Me
The only product that fixed my problem with a broken umbrella ring. The patio set was purchased from Sears and, for the first time in my lifetime, they could not provide a spare part for a product. The manufacturer, Agio, also does not have the part. The ring hole is slightly larger than 2" with a unique ring and I could not find anything that would fit properly (I tried a hard plastic and a soft plastic ring). The cone fit perfectly on my umbrella with not wiggle room and due to its tapered exterior shape, fits snugly into the table hole. It appears to be designed for a specific size umbrella pole (l 5/8") and that part is not adjustable. A smaller diameter pole will probably work, but a larger one will not as you have to slide the cone on the pole to the proper position.

It really works!
This thing does exactly what it promises. Our umbrella, which used to move around and pull our lightweight, aluminum table with it, doesn't move. We did swap out the umbrella stand with a heavier one at the same time we bought this but we can tell that this product does keep the umbrella upright, even in heavy winds. As soon as we installed it we could feel that it makes a tight grip around the umbrella and the table. Since the umbrella isn't moving, this product along with the new umbrella stand keeps our table from moving around the deck during storms. I'm impressed!

I would highly recommend! During storms with high winds
I would highly recommend! During storms with high winds, the patio umbrella use to shake. This would lead to the table shaking as well and tipping over. Since I bought this, the umbrella holds steady and is less prone to tip.

Functional as advertised!
This was put in the middle of a refinished spool table. I was nervous, the whole would be too large. It sits deep into my spool. It was just a tad over 2.5 inches, But it worked! The product was slightly greasy out of the package...which I ended up not caring about because it fit.

not too happy for how much I spent on this umbrella
It serves its purpose as tilt umbrella well. However, it was very difficult to connect the solar panel (I ended up having to cut the material just to fit it on) and not too long after getting it all set up the lights stopped turning on altogether. I ordered this umbrella in green and (grant it I live in Florida, the sunshine state) the green very quickly faded to more tan color. this happened while the umbrella was closed so the parts of the fabric that were hidden in the closed folds remained green. All in all, not too happy for how much I spent on this umbrella.
