Not chopped Ginger and has sugar!
This bottle is not chopped ginger, and rather minced an pulverized! The discription says chopped and no sugar! Not what I wanted at all!

Great Product,double the original price
I used to buy this product from a health food store for 1/2 the price. But the store moved and I was left stranded. On Amazon, this is double the price. I love this product but I do not like the price at all. Exploitative. I will buy more if the price was same as original. It is a great product.

Hard to find product!
The perfect Ginger to use for Salmon! My local stores no longer carry this style of chopped Ginger... I use it in many recipes and am really disappointed that my grocer can not get it any longer!

Said no added sugar, just 4 simple ingredients: ginger, water, citric acid, saltOn the jar received, ingredient are : ginger, evaporated cane juice, EVOO, citric acid.
