Almased Multi-Protein Powder 17.6 OZ (Pack of 2)

Helps me control my appetite and curb hunger. Nothing else I’ve tried works as good as this mix other than a GLP1. I’ve used it in the mornings after a workout with milk and water and ice with fruit and some veggies, and it makes 2 sixteen ounce smoothies that can eliminate hunger until after noon when drinking 1 immediately and one a couple hours later. Be careful later as you will get rebound hunger and feel like a grizzly bear waking after hibernation. Or, just have another one to kill it. Can be easily customized to what flavor or taste you want or are craving.

We are using for weight loss after Christmas. Love the taste.

Works great, I feel better with more energy and barely any hunger pains. Taste is chalky and bland. I add a little bit of chocolate powder to give it some flavor. Have lost 8lbs in ten days. Here's hoping it will work for the remaining 40lbs.

This is the first protein powder that does not bother my tummy! No bloating, gas, or urgent trips to the bathroom. Win, win, win! I just started using it. It can be flavored with just about anything. I like adding coffee to my morning shake. IT KEEPS ME FULL and really does seem to kill those sweet cravings. I’m amazed at that. It has a little texture, but I would not say gritty. I use a mini blender. It is a bit pricey and the amount you use seems like a lot, but it’s a meal replacement and one serving has 24 grams of high quality protein, so what do you expect? This might be the first protein powder that I already plan to reorder. I only gave it 4 stars so far because I have only just started the weight loss program, so I will try to do an update with results.

Best product and good customer service

1. Very happy with the product. I am following the plan outlined in the package insert and have lost 30 lbs and continuing to lose. It was hard at first but I have settled in and am happy with how I look and feel. 2. Unhappy with subscription. The orders I have placed intermittently have been shipped very well packed with each canister shrink wrapped. The first order on the subscription, one canister was damaged and powder was all over the box. The canisters were not shrink wrapped. I just received my second subscription order and while nothing was damaged, the canisters are not shrink wrapped. So I got lucky this time. This product is too costly to risk receiving damaged product, so I’m removing the risk and canceling the subscription. I’ll just have to make sue I order timely. I wish the product was readily available at local retailers. But it’s not. So ordering from Amazon is the only viable option. 3. If you want to lose weight, and are willing to commit to the plan-give Almased a try. It is WORKING for me. I have a significant amount of weight to lose and watching the scale steadily going down has been all the motivation I need.

I don't really think that it's the product that helps you lose weight...it's just that you're drinking only liquids for 5+ days. I think that anyone can lose weight by doing that. The taste is an "acquired" taste. Maybe not all that's it's promoted to be (and also very expensive.
