URO Parts2107301646 Window Regulator, Rear Right, without Motor

Installed both left and right rear regulators- since the original (OEM) ones broke within 2 weeks of each other- that was 6 months ago. Today I heard a loud clunk sound on the rear right side and the window started moving down. I removed the panel and it looks like the plastic/white square broke clean off. .... Here we go again...

Was fairly easy to install with large rivets, not included. I forgot to connect it to the window, so I had to drill out my new rivets, position the mechanism into the window channel, then replace my rivets. I didn't replace the window guides, but the book says that they should be replaced at the same time to prevent premature failure of this part. I didn't know that ahead of time or I would have.

Fairly easy to install, fit well. Died after 2.5 years. Fairly certain the plastic pieces just get weak and fall apart. There are no other options, evidently. also these are cheap so I guess you just change them every 2-3 years if you want to use your windows.

I bought two window regulators (rear right - this one, and read left, both URO Parts) and replaced both at the same time. Seller was Amazon. I hardly use the read windows up-down function, only occasionally. Now, after little more than two years after installation, the rear right regulator is broken and the window went down inside the door. Nor sure if I should get this part again or go another place.

I was very surprised to find auto repair part on Amazon. This $50 part along with utube video on how to repair car window that will not move up. It saved us $1200 that Mercedes was going to charge us to repair the rear car window. Service was quick and part worked perfectly een though not a Mercedes brand part.

The product arrived on time as promised the packaging was great but the product was not a direct fit it took a little tweaking I have used other products that were much better fit for the rivet holes lined right up to a direct fit

DON’T BUY THIS!!! You will have to replace it again. I installed it and it failed after about 1.5 years. I hardly ever used it since it’s the rear window. Don’t waste your money and time.

fit fine worked well - just broke in less than a year - wish it were better, other ones have been in the car for 20 plus years, no problem
