Good at picking up small items and very strong magnet for the size. Unfortunately, the soft aluminum holder deforms easily and the magnet falls out.

Very handy tool
These are excellent and very handy to have when working with small parts. I bought one for each member of the family in hopes I might find mine when I need it.

Nice little magnet tool
Is it ferrous?? My main application for this wand. Bit short for retrieval, but in some circumstances it can be used in that capacity. Well made. Wish it was stamped with manufacturer and model number, though.

I was hoping that the magnet would be a lot stronger than it is. Otherwise, this works OK.
