UPDATE, 5 orders later: This company provides 5-star service. Due to Amazon packaging (padded envelope, not a box), one bottle of the two bottles arrived dented and seal broken. I took photos of the Amazon packaging, the dented bottle, and the broken seal and sent them to Amazon and the seller, with request for refund. I received a refund AND replacement of the unsealed bottle, quickly. FIRST REVIEW: Five stars. Love this brand. It has a taste comparable to all the other toasted/roasted sesame tahinis I’ve bought. BUT, be aware, in fact, I’ve not found information regarding whether the sesame seeds in this product are toasted or roasted during manufacture. BE THAT AS IT MY — roasted, toasted, not roasted, not toasted — the taste of this product, at this time, is great. Regarding other reviews for this product, YES, it is not as thick as some brands. BUT, please consider this, such might indicate this product better health-wise for most. The fact that the ingredients are limited to 100% sesame seeds means the thinner consistency is totally due to presence of perhaps more sesame oil, a healthy source for fats needed for maintenance of health. And perhaps it also means, during the preparation of the sesame for this Tahini, in fact, extra oil WAS NOT added, but rather, sesame oil WAS NOT siphoned off, and the product includes an optimum ratio of the good nutrients in sesame seeds. Who knows? But pleases before anyone goes to bash this product due to its thin consistency, please consider that runny 100% sesame Tahini might actually indicate your are receiving a better product. WHATEVER. One more comment regarding the quality of this product and related to some negative comments I noticed. Having now changed brands from a thicker, high-quality, 100% sesame, non-organic tahini, I’ve found this brand more quickly satiates me for foods that include fatty oils. I’m thinking that is a good thing. I find I’m not overeating Tahini AND that is a cost savings and probably better for me. ALSO, my stomach and GI tract, very gastric-reflux prone, are more comfortable throughout the day when I eat this brand. One other comment that may be useful to those buying nut butter and oil products for the first time. Comments have been made that this product, when the container is first opened, is often found to be separated into oil and solids. AND also, that it is difficult to mix the two together. It is my experience with both Tahini and with Almond Butter, the products that are 100% pure, usually, when first opened, have settled and separated in the jar. Please read on... THAT IS PROBABLY A GOOD SIGN! Those nut butters and pastes THAT DO NOT separate when shelved at room temperature tend to have additives like palm oil, sugar, and other fillers. YES, with NON-100% products, that means you don’t have to go through mixing the oil and the tahini solids before eating, and that’s all very nice. BUT, overall, it’s probable those products are not as good for you. You will probably not be taking in a product with optimal nutritional value. And perhaps those brands have some not-so-good ingredients in them. So consider the above and perhaps it is worth your time to have to mix up a 100% nut butter/paste product when you receive it. AND, when you do open the container for the first time, consider this suggestion. It has worked well for me over the past year with Tahini and Almond Butter. IF you store the nut butter or paste in the refrigerator after mixing the first time, the product will typically not separate into oil and solids again... I was having a hard time finding tahini at stores so decided to give this a try and I'm glad I did. The flavor and texture are very nice. As with peanut butter, you need to stir it together very well at the beginning and even do so again if you haven't used it in a while. It seems to get thicker at the bottom but it just needs to be incorporated into the thinner stuff at the top from time to time. Although sometimes I have been happy to have a thinner bit at the top for pouring into a recipe. For the price, this is a great choice.

Very good product that tastes good. I mix it with yogurt and lemon juice, it makes a perfect sauce for grilled chicken..

I received these in a short period of time, opened up one, and it was super easy, no leaks either. I made having bread right away but realized I did not like it at all. I will just use in recipes that call for a small amount of tahini. It smells good, like nutty, peanut buttery, so that was nice! This is a good buy!

IT HAS A VERY NICE TASTE, BUT IF YOU WANTED SOMETHING A LITTLE THICKER, THIS IS NOT THE ONE FOR YOU IF YOU ALSO DON’T WANT TOXIC PLASTIC ON YOUR FOOD FOR MONTHS OR YEARS, THEN YOU MIGHT WANT TO LOOK FOR GLASS JARS AND CALL UP THE COMPANY AND VERIFY IT SO YOU DON’T RUN INTO THE SAME MISTAKE. I DID WITH AMAZON SINCE THIS PRODUCT WAS ADVERTISED AS BEING IN GLASS JARS, BUT IN FACT, IT ARRIVED IN PLASTIC JARS, ~ NOT ACCEPTABLE AMAZON !!!

It is not more delicious that many of the other tahini on the market. It is creamy, not overly bitter (like some tahini pastes) and it pours easily for savory or sweet concoctions. I could not get tahini on my usual food delivery store so I chose this one. I will definitely buy it again.

It is very nice tasting and ultra smooth. The only drawback is the plastic containers. I switch to a different product that has glass containers. Should this producer ever pack in glass I would gladly switch back.

Taste is okay but the Tahini seems thinner than other brands. Not sure why that is, but I will be ordering a different kind next time. Edit - company reached out and took care of the issue.
