Meijunter Replacement Transparent Clear Full Housing Shell Case Repair Parts Kit w/Lens&Screwdriver for Nintendo Gameboy Advance SP GBA SP Console

I bought this product because it came with screwdrivers. The drivers were ok to use. The other parts were not needed since I only wanted the clear shell. I found the hinges were the hardest to get out of the hold shell and put into the new one; I highly recommend just getting replacement hinges! You will also need to buy new stickers but that was to be expected.Overall great product and has fast shipping which is nice!

The positives of the shell is that it comes with everything your going to need to replace the shell, the shell its self is strong and looks like it wont break anytime also it some with spare screws, a spare screen lens and screwdrivers. Now the negatives, the first big ones is the screwdrivers, i wouldn't use these because they are cheap and can easily strip the screws and the other con is when feeding the lcd screen ribbon cable through the hole to the mother board and the problem was the hole was not big enough for the whole entire ribbn cable to go through so i had to chip some plastic off with an exacto knife and that fixed the problem. Overall its a good shell just buy better screwdrivers i would recommend the ifixit brand and does take some time to do, so just be patient and take your time and most importantly is to be organized with the screws.

Looks pretty much as advertised and I a fun little re-shell project but feels less sturdy and of lesser quality than original, factory GBA shell (but that's probably to be expected).Additionally while the lower half of the SP looks cool and retro with a see-through shell with all the nice lights and buttons, the top half looks nowhere near as interesting and when the console is closed just displays a black rectangle where the back of the screen can be seen.Overall it's a neat little cost effective tinkering project but it might not look as cool as the Atomic Purple GBC or any of the other factory made see-through Nintendo consoles.

Does not include Nintendo logo used the one from my original console. Very happy with this case feels very authentic with high quality plastic and a good texture only thing I'll say as a negative as it did not include the Nintendo logo as it shows in the picture as long as you're replacing the case from an existing console you can always move your old logo to the new case.

Great quality shell, tools are perfect for the job. I recommend watching a guide if it’s your first time switching the shell out but it wasn’t too hard. I kept the original screws, buttons, and membranes in, but used the shell and new glass lens. Looks great! Doesn’t come with a Nintendo logo so make sure to use the one on your old shell!

Bought a refurbished SP, they had replaced the shell, and it was all kinds of wrong, warped, and the edges weren't flush at all. This replacement is a vast improvement. smooth edges, everything's flush, and I managed to not break anything putting it together. Just wish it came with the Nintendo badge.

Works well. Better than the stock case. The stock case was literally crumbling in my hands. This was a good replacement. Be very careful about getting the screws in the right spot because i chose a screw that was too long and screwed it through the shell :( It's still cool though.

For 20$ I thought this would include the battery cover but it didn’t so Im still using my old cover which is white. The top of the system when closed usually has a little silver pate that says Nintendo. The space is there for the plate to stick in place but this set did not come with the sticker plate, I have ordered other shells and they usually come with the sticker plate in the parts bag. It is no where to be found in my order. The black On/Off button doesn’t fit well and works bad, so Im still using my old grey one. At this point I stopped checking to see what was missing and just started using old parts. I don’t think they gave enough screws either but I try to use the originals always anyhow. Bad for people who need it though.

easy to install, i would reccomend using your original screws as the ones included are really bad and wont screw in as the holes arent pre threaded. the screwdrivers included are really good quality and should last for a good while even after being used on this shell

The Tri wing driver is rubbish. It stripped 2 of my screws! I am now trying to get the screws out to no avail. Avoid if you are buying it because it's in a bundle.

With the good instructions of youtube, this kit presents a good result once i changed the case. My lill boy broke my Sp in the middle. Every screw, screen, and rubber comes with it. Only thing you have to take from your old Gameboy are the 2 hinges! I also wanted to reuse my original sticker on the back, be careful!Looks really good👍
