This was a replacement for our original Broan fans which were starting to make bad noise. I was able to rig the new fan to fit in the old housing to prevent the attic adventure. New fan was small enough to fit in old housing with a little tab bending. Much less noise and works great. Used old plastic cover to cover larger hole.

Arrived in time. Install was easy: exact fit in place my old fan. Considerably less noise than the old one, I cannot hear it now outside the bathroom with door closed.

Don’t buy this from bargain buddy. The delta fan is great. The company that sells it is trash. And will charge you 20% for any returns.

for the price cant get better than this. installed it in our powder room. good quality exhaust fan. quiet operation. A++

It is not powerful and quiet enough. I used it in my bathroom.

Bought this fan on clearance at Costco and couldn’t pass it up. The old 50cfm fan in my bathroom had been dying for a while and sounded horrible. Installing this fan was a bit of a pain but I eventually got it in. It would have been very helpful if the wiring box was a little bigger to help get the wires in there easier. That was the most time consuming and aggravating part for me. Whoever installed the home wiring for the fan left zero slack so trying to force the cover on and line up the screw hole was almost impossible.Once installed I have been amazed at how quiet it is. I can’t hear it outside the closed bathroom unless I’m right outside the door. It’s so quiet I often forget to turn it off.I do question the 70cfm rating though. My old 50cfm did a better job at keeping the mirror fog free after a shower than this one. Despite that small complaint the quietness of this fan outweighs any negative.I’m pretty happy with this fan and hope it lasts a long time because I really don’t want to have to do that install again.
