Yamaha Corporation of America SPMK30 Mounting Installation Bracket

Heavy duty, fits my YSP5600 and have a good slide/lock system. However, its pricy and when you install it, make sure you leave enough room for the slide and lock system. It took me a few times before I was able to hook my 30lbs sound bar on it.

If you are looking at this, then you already know what it is. If you want to mount your Yamaha sound bar to the wall, this is the way to do it. Perfect fit, easy to attach to the wall and the sound bar, and holds everything securely. I used mine to mount a YSP-4000 above my plasma TV.

This is really the only way to mount the soundbar to the wall, so it's good to know that it is made of good quality. I have moved this between 2 homes, and it fit perfectly on each homes' walls. The only downside it that the install is pretty tight between the speaker bracket and the wall, which can lead to some frustration during install, but it looks perfect afterwards. Unlike some other brackets I've purchased for my TVs, which often come with poor quality screws for mounting, this one came with great quality screws. It's nice to see quality mounting screws come with the bracket so you can avoid a trip to the hardware store.

I was very disappointed that the instructions didn’t specifically call out how to mount this bracket with the YSP 5600 sound bar which is Yamaha‘s flagship sound bar. It was through sheer trial and error that I was able to figure out how to position the left and right hand side of the wall bracket. My biggest frustration today is the screw that goes in the bottom to ensure the sound bar does not fall off the bracket. Overall an exceptionally poor design.

Mounted my YSP-4000 on the wall like a glove. I am not sure why some appeared to have issues with the assembly of the frame, it is very straight forward.

Works great with my mounted tv and it was pretty easy to set up.
