Strassburg Sock White REG

I went to several doctors for my plantar fasciitis. I tried stretching, massages, ice, heat, inserts, rolling my foot on a tennis ball. Nothing worked except this sock. It’s uncomfortable and takes some getting used to, but it will help. And it is worth every penny.

I purchased this product for Plantar Fasciitis. The sock was wayyy too long which made it bunch up. The top strap is not needed as the sock stays in place just fine without it. With it, it causes discomfort. I had another one several years ago that did not have the top strap and the sock was a good length. I wish I still had that one. I do not recommend this product. You will be disappointed. Considering the price. I expected it to be better.

This is fine, but not as good as the older version with thicker more cottony fabric. This one is stretchier and therefore not as good as the original. The original works better for my PF rehab, and will last longer with more durable fabric and better stitching, especially at the top hem which rubs against the velcro.

The strassburg sock is what finally cured my plantar fascitis years ago. Sorry to say my PF is back! I kept my old sock but it was looking pretty ratty so I ordered a new one. I am really disappointed in the new design. I am a petite woman and ordered the regular size, same as my old one. It is so tight and uncomfortable around the upper calf it left a red mark in the morning. I often found I couldn't wear it through the night. The slight re-design of the upper cuff makes this unwearable for me. I'm back to using my somewhat ratty-looking old sock. I'm glad I kept it. Sorry, I can't recommend this any more.

So much more comfortable and functional than other braces I tried. No problem sleeping and my Achilles swelling is starting to resolve.

I initially tried to go cheap with an imitator’s sock for my plantar fasciitis, but I had to return it because it was just that - cheap. The original Strassburg sock is worth the extra cost - you can tell immediately from the materials and construction.

Not a fan. If want to spend 40.00 on a product that doesn’t stretch your Achilles or plantar fasciitis, but wrenches down on your toes and cuts off the blood flow to your calf - buy this.

Might be a good product for most people but very painful for someone with veracious vein’s.

I tried almost every other alternative known to help alleviate my achilles tendonitis And I am glad to have this to help. I find sleeping with a sock uncomfortable and that takes some getting used to. This does provide the correct foot placement to help with symptoms.

The velcro that hold the sock around the leg is cheap and not holding properly.

Fait uniquement pour les grandes personnes. Chaussette trop grande. Impossible à ajuster. Inconfortable. Je l'ai retournée. Ne mérite aucune étoile.

Doesn't seem to help with my heel pain

My heel is finally healing! It takes a while but if you keep at it, the sock aids in the process. Takes a few nights to figure out the best angle for your foot.
