I have to take large quantities of folic acid because a medication I am on depletes it from my system. Because of this I need a good quality supplement that comes in relatively small tablets as I take a number of them daily. NOW Foods' tablets are the smallest size I've found for an 800 mcg tablet and they have been of consistent quality.

Great Product
We are TTC and I was looking for extra folic acid to take for pre-natal. These are great. They are very small, like the size of the tip of an eraser (except flatter) and easy to swallow. A big plus for me because I've had trouble swallowing pills.
