I recently purchased the Sous Vide Accessory Bundle Kit, which includes a 12-quart Everie sous vide container, a collapsible hinged lid, and a stainless steel sous vide rack. This bundle is a perfect match for Anova Nano 750w and the new model AN500-US00 1000w, as well as Instant Pot, although the lid hole is slightly larger than Instant Pot. The NSF-approved sous vide container prioritizes cooking safety with water. While only the container itself is NSF approved, both the lid and stainless steel rack are deemed food-safe. The collapsible hinged lid, made of BPA-free plastic, features a patented hinge design allowing easy removal or refilling of water/ingredients during long-time cooking. It's specifically compatible with Anova Nano and has been tested for 100,000 uses. The stainless steel rack, with 7 dividers (5 removable, 2 built-in as holders), keeps food-filled bags submerged for thorough heating. A notable feature is its wobble-free design, thanks to dividers firmly clamped to the base. It's worth noting that this bundle doesn't work with Anova Bluetooth or WiFi models. I bought two of these, one for myself and one as a gift. The gifted container went to a family member who had lost or broken the clamp on her Anova circulator. The close fitting lid holds the Anova almost as securely as the clamp would. I used to clamp my Anova to a pasta pot for cooking steaks. This works so much better and holds larger meals. I've cooked a 3 lb corned beef in it easily. The Everie also stays cooler to the touch than a metal pot and evaporation is minimal.

All these type containers feel overpriced for what they are, but this one is definitely more reasonably priced than some,and has the nifty rack for spacing out the food items. I have an Ambiano immersion cooker, which I bought at Aldi, and the hole in the lid just allows it to fit. The clamp works to secure the cooker to the side of the container, with just a slight tilt back as it aligns itself to the slant of the container wall. I have a touch of skepticism about how long the bendy hinge will last, but only time will tell. I really prefer using this clear container to my usual metal stewpot, because the rack allows precise securing of the bags, and the plastic basin loses less heat than the steel pot. I cooked a chuck roast for 24 hours at 131 degrees Fahrenheit and the outside of the container never got too hot to touch. The lid fits pretty well and should prevent evaporation on long cooks. The metal rack comes with 5 inserts that lock in securely to rows of slots on the bottom of the rack. Once all bags are in place a single bar clips across the top to keep the bags from rising up and out of the rack. When you are cooking multiple items, they can bunch up if they aren't secured, and this rack addresses that problem. One thing to know is that the rack doesn't fit all the way down if it is turned 90 degrees inside the container. I waited a while before investing in this unit and I'm pretty happy with my choice.

Really love this, we cure our beef/pork roast an then slow cook ...WOW. ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS MEATS. And we know what chemicals in our meats..none. Unless the cows are chemical enhanced!

I have used over and over and still going strong. Very durable and perfect for sous vide or yogurt making. I would buy again

Es un buen contenedor bastante resistente de material profundo, bastante útil se adapta perfecto a los equipos de Anova, la tapa es resistente muy fácil de colocar Le compré para interior un Rack metálico para acomodar las bolsas en la cocción y funciona perfectamente He podido cocinar ahí hasta cuatro kilos de carne sin ningún problema al mismo tiempo

الصراحة المنتج وسط .. يعني البوكس جودته مو مره كويسه يعني اعتقد طيحه بسيطة ينكسر على طول , وبالنسبة للغطاء يعني شوي متعب في التغطية وجودته افضل من البوكس رغم انه جاني مكسور من النص , اما الي جودته مره خرافية هي الحدايد الي تحط الاكل فيها يعني الصراحه جودتها افضل من اساس بيتنا .. وبشكل كامل المنتج ما يستاهل سعره الصراحة , تقدر تلقى ارخص وافضل
